I purchased this product in April, 2017 and a small piece of the plastic handle broke this past Saturday, almost a year later. The break prevented the opening from shutting and the batter spilled out. I enjoyed using the product since it was easy to use and clean and made perfectly round pancakes. I went to reorder the dispenser when I noticed the lifetime guarantee which I has forgotten about. I sent an email to the company inquiring about the break and received a reply within a couple of hours. Not only did they thank me for letting them know of the issue but they promised to replace it within a couple of days. I was pleasantly and completely surprised when I received the new dispenser the very next day! KUDOS to the company, the product and the outstanding Customer Service.
