Skechers USA Men's Citywalk Malton Oxford, Charcoal, 8.5 M US I purchased these shoes as a compromise at work. We have a dress casual environment and we are technically not allowed to wear sneakers. I imagine it is because someone thinks that if your feet are comfortable then you will no longer be able to do the IT work and customers will run fleeing from the stores you do not walk in to. Okay so the shoes, they are very nice. The look is not casual at all. The only thing that could make them less sneaker-like is if they were one color. The material alternates between suede feeling and smooth leather. The shoe fits quite well. I did not have to tie them very tightly in order to avoid them slipping around on my foot and I really like the support they provide while walking. The material for the sole is studded slightly for appearance or traction, I am not sure which, but it works. Inside the shoe is more firm than I expected since it talks about memory foam, but the shoe also feels very supportive much like my gym shoes do. I like these shoes a great deal. I was very worried about buying shoes online without trying them on, but I am glad I did.
