I have taken Turmeric for years because I have chronic inflammation in my right knee, which causes a great deal of pain. It never seemed to help much until I tried this product. Since taking this, I no longer require an additional pain reliever, and am able to get on the floor, on my right knee, when playing with my grandchild. I haven’t been able to do that for years. For me, this has been a real game changer, and I highly recommend it.
