I bought this because I have problems cutting uncooked sweet potatoes. This makes it so easy that I've been looking for excuses to cut stuff up in it. There is literally no way I can accidentally cut myself unless I just stick my finger in there on purpose, maybe I just don't know what the safety flaws are because I haven't accidentally seen it yet but right now this feels like the safest option i've had in years with arthritic and fibromyalgia disabled hands. It folds up nice and flat an d doesn't take up much room in the drawer i put it in. Thank you for making this, I've had issues using knives for years because my hands don't do what I tell them sometimes and drop things even more frequently. I wish I would have ordered this years ago. Only improvement I could suggest is a bigger catcher bowl for the things you cut because sometimes they flip into the floor, at least a taller back on it would be helpful to block the random piece from flipping to the floor out of the bowl. And more intuitive directions on the back to tell exactly how your blades are set inside if you want to do more than slice. Maybe I haven't had it long enough to know what I'm doing with it but I always wind up staring into the holes this way and that to see what blades are out. Overall this is one of the best things I've bought for my kitchen in years and was worth every penny. I definitely recommend it, especially if you have strength or grip issues in your hands. This thing will make you not dread cooking again.
