Listen to the negative reviews! I wish I did... Do not be tricked! The protection plan sounds great... however, they will NOT honor any claims. They will use one of two excuses 1) "it was determined that your damaged part is not covered," or 2) "It was determined that this was normal wear & tear which is not covered under this protection plan." I had my item for LESS than a year. LESS than a year! NORMAL wear and tear...they determined that this product should NORMALLY be falling apart in under a year? Dirty, conniving thieves.
