Purchased this Generator nearly 3 weeks ago and unpackaging, setup and start worked well. It had a oil leak from the valve cover gasket. Upon checking the gasket, found it to be damaged on installation from the factory. I contacted Westinghouse and they said no problem, they would send me a new gasket. Have contacted them numerous times and every time they are too busy with various excuses. This would require a $2 part and 2 minute installation and yet they do not have time for their customers. Worst Customer Service I have ever encountered and will never purchase anything from them again.
