I ordered this chair and it should have had massage and heat. Mine did not. The seller did return part of my money, but shortly after I agreed to accept the money, the chair started losing parts like a bolt, screw, and metal pieces. I asked for a return label to return it, but I was told it was past the 30 day return promise and I would have to pay the shipping cost myself. I could not afford to do that. We are stuck with a chair that no one can use.
