This does not live up to the Cuisinart name. Do NOT buy this. It is not easy to clean as the Grip brand rotates so you can get to the blades to clean them. I am throwing this away as the date to return has expired and with my move I did not have time to use it until now. I am throwing it out because I fear that in trying to clean it I will injure myself. DO NOT buy this.
