Very soft when opened from package but after the first wash, the softness disappeared. Very brittle and knots very easily. I compared the extensions with a high quality one I got from glam seamless side by side and you can clearly see the difference in quality. It is definitely worth it to pay more for better quality. My glam seamless ones have been incredibly soft and never tangles. I’ve had them in for over a month now. These ones are just embarrassing 😭 Edit: last photo shows the two different types of hair after taking them out... glam seamless on the left and these ones on the right. Clearly, this hair is incredibly bad quality with DRY, tangly hair. Would not recommend purchasing if you want dead looking hair that you can’t even brush through. No amount of moisturizing, deep conditioning, and hair masks can revitalize these. If you want to avoid being one of those “hair extensions fail” examples, I wouldn’t buy these. My fear the entire time I had these in was that I would wake up trending on twitter as the girl with ratchet bird nest looking hair. Update 1/6/21: I received an email from them saying that if I deleted this review, I would get a full refund + $20. But only if I deleted it... Maybe that is the reason why there’s such little negative reviews because they bribe them.
