We had a problem with the cord not having proper connectivity with the battery. We contacted the manufacturer directly and have been blatantly ignored. Was told that because we purchased this through Amazon they won’t do anything for us. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. So if you want to spend a lot of money on a vest that may or may not work and then get ZERO resolution knock yourself out! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NOW STUCK WITH AN OVER PRICED VEST THAT DOES NOT WORK.
