Side straps stitched to form the triangle on each side so there’s no way to adjust them. In my case, the helmet cannot be adjusted to keep it from easily rotating up and off the forehead. The length of the triangle legs and their resulting location front to back on the head is fixed due to the stitching. The only adjustment on the straps is the length across the chin. A typical slider mechanism would have addressed this. The Roc Loc is nice for tweaking the circumference of the helmet but doesn’t address the straps. Seller (Bobs-Bicycles.com) provided good service and prompt delivery so no issues there.
