Warranty Not Helpful, broke after 5 uses
Froze at 280 degrees after 2 weeks! JUNK!
UPDATE: The warranty requires you to send the flat iron (and pay shipping) to New Jersey. Then send a credit card number to pay $35, and then a working flat iron will be sent to you with in 30-45 DAYS! Whatever. Yes it worked great until then it just didn't work at all.
