My father had major back surgery so we bought him the drive r726 BK because it was highly rated but after a few months of use, the frame of the roller cracked. When I called Drivemedical.com customer service they were rude and Unapologetic. They told me, if you are within 50 lb of the weight limit you should go to the next size... where does it say that on their website or in their product detail? Nowhere. Thankfully, Amazon was able to send a replacement because my father is unable to walk 3' without one. Thank goodness Amazon customer support is more understanding then the rude people at Drive Medical!!! Unreal.
