Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I used this pan for the first time when I made a pumpkin cheesecake at Thanksgiving. The entire bottom of the pan warped after baking the cheesecake. If Nordic Ware reads these reviews, I would appreciate being contacted and provided a refund. A pan's bottom should not completely warp after using it one time. Note attached picture. Thank you.
