I bought this camera to mainly keep an eye on the house when I am not there and to check any unusual activity with kids if I am home. It worked well for a year but now starting this month they have disabled Live monitoring while in Home mode. It also does not record any video while in this mode if you have the Free plan. Well this pretty much makes this camera unusable because to do those activities in the free plan you now have to keep the camera in Away mode which triggers notification all the time. Such a despicable thing for them to change their plan and force people to buy the camera. BE WARE if you are buying this camera be ready to pay $120 for a year. Without this subscription this camera is useless.
