I just want to start by saying I really do love this headset. This was the best rated headset I read about that would work wirelessly with both my PS4 Pro and my Switch, and I understand why. It's light, comfortable, and the sound is crystal clear. The bass is a little low, but that's not a deal breaker for me, especially when there are so many great dacs out there to help give it a boost if you need. I'm giving it 1 star, though because I feel hurt and burnt by Steelseries. I had to return the legacy version because of firmware issues with my PC. I eventually contacted Steelseries who offered to have me return the headset, order a new 2019 edition, and they'd issue a refund. I did, but a day later, I got an RMA coupon for the headset's amount, instead of a refund. I couldn't cancel my order with them, so instead of getting mad, I tried to use the coupon to order something else through them. A day later, that order was cancelled and my coupon was revoked. I've now lost $150 because of them, and they are not responding to me when I contact them. I'm sorry, but I find this unfair. Update - October 12, 2018. I just received another email out of the blue, saying that they've cancelled the order and the RMA. I'm receiving to assistance from them whatsoever. Be weary of them. I really feel taken advantage of.
