bought this unit on HSN and it worked well - but the hose with attachments is very short poorly designed and difficult to use. Also they use flimsy plastic washers to join the plastic parts of the vacuum including the elbow that attaches to the waste unit. the washer broke and the hose would not stay attached and they wont sell you a piece that costs a few cents because - according to their customer service, their is not enough demand...really? You manufacture a unit and then claim you don't have replacement parts. That is a first- and frankly I will never ever by a shark again. The only resolution given was to mail back the WHOLE vacuum for a flimsy plastic washer-without which the vacuum will not work -they rely on a washer to connect the main hose to the body and do not have replacements? I will never, never never buy a shark again.
