I just bought my NutriBullet this month, April, 2018. I have been really enjoying discovering new drinks and changing my lifestyle when it comes to my diet. Alas, after finishing blending my drink, I removed the blade and found the small grey gasket ring pulled out and caught in the blades. I have requested a replacement and will provide a review update after using my replacement. A bit disappointed as now I have an interruption for my new eating habits. Also, what are the 3 separate plastic covers sitting inside the blender, are they supposed to stay there? The plastic covers are so small and come out of the blender all the time and can get lost.
