After 2 months the AC system leaked water all over the floor. Despite multiple attempts to drain the system. The bottom of the system inside is filling up with about an inch of water that ends up over flowing onto my carpet. It's making a sound like something inside is broken. Which I understand sometimes products have issues but the worst part is I have to pay shipping to have it returned so they can repair it. These units are not light now I have to lug this thing all around town and pay for shipping. Just not when you would expect for $400.
