Another reason not to trust a nurse anesthetist with your body.
We specifically DO NOT recommend this book because it is not a depiction of what a child will experience in the OR... not once does it mention or show the doctor anesthesiologist who is responsible for the child and who supervises the nurse anesthetist. Can’t leave out the most critical people in the child’s care: the doctor surgeon and the doctor anesthesiologist! Otherwise the kid would be dead.
