Shower head showed up in a paper envelope inside of a plastic bag. It is made of extremely cheap plastic. And it's not what is shown in the photo there is no mention of it not coming with a hose you literally just get the cheap plastic shower head in an envelope. I cannot say whether it works or not because I cannot use it without a hose however I do not have high hopes for it based on the way it arrived and the way it feels. I really hope others read the reviews to find that there are no attachments that come with. There are plenty of other versions of this exact same shower head that do actually come with all the hardware I would shop there.
