I managed to get two of these books for free. I finally read the first one and was very glad it was free. Honestly, I don't see how someone so dumb could survive. If her ex-Seal husband wasn't picking up the pieces, she'd be toast! Just because I had the second one, I decided to read it too. I couldn't get past the first couple of pages. She's supposed to be a "Confidential Informant" for the police, but goes busting into the police station causing a scene so she can talk to her cop. Where's the "confidential" in that? Truly, did not like the first book and couldn't stomach the second one.
