First off, i want to say i didnt want to feed into any of the hate infinite warfare was getting because i have always enjoyed the cod series all the way from call of duty 2. I bought this game hoping this would not be the death of cod but maybe a rebirth to prove they really do care about their fan base.. I was wrong.. Oh god i was so wrong (sobs loudly).. First, the campaign is fun and nicely written since they brought in some folks from naughty dog to help with story (drakes uncharted makers) so it was good... The zombies in spaceland was pretty good im not a fan of zombies though so keep that in mind. However the reason 95% of people buy cod is not for campaign or for zombies... Its online multiplayer.. And wow did they spread thier butt cheeks and crap all over us this year with it.. From the horrible map design to the terrible spawns the game is unplayable. The maps are designed to be nothing but chaotic . You'll shoot one enemy then as soon as he dies you have his teamate coming from a corner behind you were they just spawned. There are multiple lanes which would be nice if it were a large scale set of maps but its small maps with multiple flanks which just makes the game frustrating becuase you cannot get momentum. When you spray down 3 enemies reload and turn and theres someone crawling out of a corner they just spawned from to kill you mid reload no..that's.. Just no. And the hit detection.. Awful.. Just why idk why.. Black ops 3 worked smoothly and then this... Its like aw all over again.. You can shoot 10 rounds into someone and get no hit markers nothing , just insta death like staring into madusas gaze... And at first im like well maybe its just MY connection.. activision likes to blame everything on the consumers connection these days... So i pop out IW and put in black ops 3 play 3 games 52-10 first game 32-4 second game and 43-8 the 3rd..( im a 2 k/d player keep in mind ) and took it out put infinite butt-fare back in. ...10- 17, then another game 3- 12 and my last game before i traded it in at gamestop was 5-17...the game is broken and they had a 3 year cycle to fix it... But they didn't... If you are a cod fan after playing this you might not be anymore... My butt still hurts from the pounding this game gave it.
