I was so excited for these. I'd been waiting months. Opened the box, installed the app, synced the earbuds, and found that not a single one of the 3 sets of rubber ear tips is a snug fit. All of them are HUGE. It was like trying to stuff something 2x too big into my ears. Couldn't get any kind of snug fit, comfort, or good sound quality. Noise cancellation is pointless if you can't get a snug fit. Really disappointed Bose only included 3 sizes, all of which are for mongoloid ears. My cheap $40 wireless earbuds from China have 6 different size ear tips, nearly all of which are smaller than the smallest ones bose included here.
