At first we thought we had a great product. One week in of using it everyday with a three and six year old and the blower completely died. Combined they might weigh 80lbs. I have called the company three times. I have never heard back. There is no customer service line if you can’t actually reach someone. I’ve emailed too...nothing. No guarantees are honored, no refunds, nothing. We’re never buying from this company again and will be spreading the word to our young community; some of whom are shopping for jumpies of their own. The one star is due to the fact that I had to choose at least one. It would have been cheaper to rent a real jumpie house for that week instead of buying this one. We’re off to buy a new blower, from someone other than them.
