Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Six months ago I wrote a review that it was a great product, gave it 5 stars.....three days ago the system died, not even a light... tried a different receptacle etc. nothing. Contacted Amazon and they wrote to the manufacturer who was to email me within two days. They didn't. Contacted Amazon again and they put my call thru to the manufacturer, who asked for my name, email, telephone etc. The next few minutes were spent on holding the power button on, doing this, doing that.... nothing. Then the manufactures rep said that it probably got overheated (was on for 6 hours ) and no they wouldn't replace it, the warranty was only good for 3 months. I had owned it for the grand total of six months! So, this product isn't what I would call reliable, would you? And instead of telling me flat out that they were not going to replace it, they asked for a lot of personal info .. to what avail?. I was disappointed in them, and threw the system out in the garbage. A few hours later Amazon called me and said that although the manufacturer wouldn't refund the product, Amazon would ! Thank you Amazon
