Positively awful and flat-out DANGEROUS. I had a plastic dessert decorator that I used constantly (Im a caterer). When it finally bit the dust (after 9 years!) I ordered this. On its very first use, while frosting cupcakes, it broke. I was frosting cupcake #4 when I started to notice sharp plastic shards in the icing. The entire top (where the lid screws on) had started to shatter and crack apart. I cannot fathom how this happened as I was being very gentle with it (hadnt been dropped, or manhandled... just taken out of the box and filled with icing). I am especially angry because not only is this item not returnable, but had I not noticed the plastic shards, they could been accidentally ingested and caused serious injury. I will not be purchasing anything by this brand ever again... its one thing for a product to be substandard and have no return policy... its another matter entirely for the product to have a flaw that can potentially be dangerous.
