Unlike the other reveiwers, I actually purchased this product. If I had received it for free, I'd be okay with it, too. However, as a purchased product, I'm disappointed. The bands are not adjustable and are very long. Each band - unstretched - is 51.5 long inches without the handles and 62 inches with the handles. Even for cable machine style exercises, these are too long (usually 48" is the longest). I would say that unless you are a few inches over 6' or you plan to hook these to a door/stationary device and have PLENTY of room to workout, these won't be for you. They certainly aren't for me.
