The speakers looked nice and sounded great for what they are but my sets left speaker stopped working after 6 months. The cable that is hard wired to the subwoofer is defective so off to the shop they go. Harmon support is terrible. I had to send them a fax with the receipt and was told they would ship me a new set without having to return item. Waited another 2 weeks and received email telling me to describe the problem and send sketch of what cable is bad. Waited a week and received an email with RMA asking me to return item. Packed the speakers up (need to return all items including manual) & shipped at my expense to Atlanta. Waited 2 more weeks and sent them email asking status. Received response telling me they have received my speakers and that the replacement hasn't shipped yet. No ETIC provided. It's been 2.5 months since I started warranty process and still no replacements. Speakers are nice but not worth the money if not backed by good support.
