Save your money
I'm an exercise physiologist and T1 keto endurance athlete. This "book" is a complete waste of money. It reads like a pamphlet promoting his "favorite" products you can buy with his discount codes (read: kickbacks), wacky URLs to obscure and dubious "references," and promotion of his blog and other articles (i.e. "if you want to read more on this topic, go to this link and pay me more money"). There also isn't much about his plan that is low-carb. In fact, much of it is high-carb, which he claims is ok once per day (!) or week. Sorry, but that's simply wrong. Ketogenic carb cycling isn't supported by current research, which explains why he cites no peer-reviewed studies backing up his claims, and it goes against everything we know about the metabolic adaptation phase necessary to shunt glucose metabolism and become fat-adapted. If you follow his plan, you will still be heavily reliant on glucose to fuel your workouts and you will not reap the myriad benefits of nutritional ketosis. If you are really interested in this topic, read The Art & Science of Low Carb Living and its successor, The Art & Science of Low Carb Performance.
