Wonderfully fast boiling water. Total failure after two uses. Purchased a second unit as a gift before 1st unit failed. 2nd unit arrived DOA. Registered all my products, but no online customer service chats on website. You have to leave emails or voicemails. NO RESPONSES!!! Contacted customer service via Facebook, and they said "could not find any warranty request." Sure, just deny hearing from us. OK, Please make sure you read this and understand what your experience will be like: 1) Dead products shipped or will die shortly 2) Warranty not honored. 3) Customer service is a black hole.
