Where do I start? Flag clips are so sharp they cut your fingers and flag. They also slide up and down on the flagpole. Your flag will not stay at the same height as you set it. the clips eventually slide down. Very very poor design. This flag pole although attractive, is the same as a 20 foot Fishing pole. We removed from the box and immediately set it up. The flag clips do not swivel easily so your flag will wrap around the top. The last length of the flagpole is the same diameter as an adult male pinky finger. Very very flimsy. I am not going to take the chance of using this at the windy beach. All reviews in the negative are true. Even the stand is the wrong diameter for the diameter of the base of the flagpole. Too much play and will allow the flagpole to eventually bend. Does not fit secure in the stand. Last but not least, do not purchase a solar light for this flagpole. It will be too heavy and looks like it will bend and break just with the weight of the light and flag. Buyer beware… This is a light duty flag pole probably better suited for the home or party, and certainly not at 20 feet high. The clips that hold the flag will blow your mind. They are similar to paper clips. With sharp ends and high tension. Very very disappointed. Definitely will return and continue shopping for better quality pole.
