I don't care for ads either, but why don't we talk about the terrible crosswords? Am I being too much of a purist or too old school? I tried a puzzle on the beginner level. Hmm, not sure what these two words are going across. Lets see what the words are going down to help out. Oh! Wait. There are two letter words with no clues. Come to find out, that is because they are not words. These are the type of "crosswords" found on the tray liners at McDonalds. What a let down. I also found the format awkward. The clues burried in the board and no black squares to define the word length and layout are just confusing. This app is a great let down and will be uninstalled. I am only happy that I did not pay for it.
