At first, I loved this mattress, I really did. It was just the right firmness, breathed well and was overall very comfy. As our first foam mattress, we were happy. I especially liked how it absorbed motion, so getting up or moving in the night doesn't disturb your bed buddy. When it arrived, it was nicely packaged and easy to bring in the house. We opened it up, and it slowly inflated to full size. We didn't even experience any significant off gassing or odors after just a few minutes. So why am I unhappy? We've had this less than five years, and it has lost all it's support. It's gone from just right, to super squishy, causing all sorts of back pain for me. When you get on it, you feel the deep depression that has formed to your body, and you drop right in. We've rotated it, even going so far as to sleep on the backside (bottom) of the mattress. Nothing helps. There is one spot left that is bearable, which is right in the middle of the bed where neither of us sleep, which isn't a feasible solution. So I contacted the company, as it claims to be under warranty. They told me that it had to have a 1-inch deflection on the surface to be considered defective. I was told to lay a broom across the bed, and use a ruler to show the low spot. Unfortunately, it bounces back enough with no weight on it, so you can't show a deflection. But once you put your weight on it, it simply no longer supports. The company has not offered any help or relief. In short, I'm disappointed in the longevity of the mattress, and the support of the company. The warranty is a scam and of no value. Take your business to a more reputable company if you want a mattress that will last more then a few years.
