BEWARE! This version on CD will install on my HP laptop running Windows 10, but it WILL NOT LAUNCH. Contacted Intuit Help and so far no go. Intuit Customer Service is referring my problem to some higher up techs and I await contact from them. What I saw was a page of ugly code when I clicked to allow the TT updates to load as well. As of December 8th, there seems to be no fix yet & I now notice when I google the problems that others are currently having the same or similar problems. In previous year with the same OS & computer, I did not have a problem. I will likely request a return and refund on this if the techs cannot get me started very soon (24-48 hours). I am not happy with TurboTax anymore.. I am returning to update my review. I see that the problems have continued to arise for customers. I returned the software to Amazon and received credit. Don't know what I will use now but may simply use the paper IRS forms we used years ago as soon as they come available after the implementation of the new tax laws. It's incredible to me that Intuit would risk losing so much of its market through changes that made the software inoperable for so many customers.
