Very disappointing quality control & customer service.
We love the taste, but the product was very very gritty, as if it had sand in it. I used it in several different applications (sauce, in rice, etc) and it was always the same. It is unusable as is.
The bigger problem is that we tried to contact the manufacturer by email and by phone to return the product, thinking that they would want to know about this issue. We never got any response to email or any answer by phone.
