I thought this bag was a great deal when I got it. A few weeks after I got it, I was carrying it over my shoulder when one end of the strap disconnected from the loop on the bag and it fell to the ground. My laptop wasn't actually in it at the time, and I figured maybe I had somehow not made sure the strap was firmly connected. So I put it back on, making sure it was totally secure. So today I get out of my car, put the bag over my shoulder, and the strap disconnects again on the same side. My bag fell to the ground in the parking lot. My 1 week old MacBook Pro now has two dents and several scratches on the back corner, and flickers when starting up (though it does appear to work). I'd like to say I'll never buy from Amazon again but that's not true; I will, however, never buy anything Amazon-branded again.
