Excellent sales pitch; suckered me into wasting money. I could have returned it if "unused" but how could anyone decide if they like what they got unless they try it out? Big mistake. I should have followed my initial feelings after opening the box and returned the foot spa before curiosity got the best of me. Upon opening I noticed the basin was not as described. Ad said foot basin was included (an $80 value). The enclosed packing slip listed a round basin, however, the one I got was rectangular shaped (like those you get when you are a patient in the hospital but a little bigger). In the ad, the electrical component the array plugs into, attaches nicely on the rim of the basin. The basin I got does not, which is not a big deal unless you think you are getting an $80 basin and receive a $5 instead. The array begins to rust IMMEDIATELY and turns the water a nasty brown. Thats why you get not 1 but 2 arrays with your purchase. Again thinking "wow, a great deal" when really a big RIP-OFF
