I’ve been through many of these little vacuums. They have a lifespan of 1-2 years typically, so if you really use it you need to keep replacing. This particular model is terribly designed. I really don’t understand the positive reviews. To be specific- the entire motor as well as the storage for the dirt is all just below the handle. This makes the handle very heavy and difficult to navigate. The rest of the stick is lightweight so it doesn’t balance out well. The product can not stand- if you try to stand it up it just falls. As mentioned in other reviews- when it falls the dirt storage pops open. So your dirt is now all over the floor. It won’t stand to charge either. You need the wall mount- which is easy to install and works nicely. I will say that there’s a notch where you can rest it on a counter ledge- if it clicks into place the stick vac will “stand” against your counter. But it only works if you have a lip of counter with no cabinet underneath. To sum it up- I cannot believe this product made it to the market and I cannot believe anyone who gives it a good review. I just replaced it with a Shark cordless vac which isn’t as lightweight, but does everything else better. Keep looking, don’t waste you leave money on this one.
