I am not a climate scientist, but I'm reasonably well educated. While this book has a number of interesting points, it provides a weak overview of the issues and is a tedious read. In particular, there are three significant problems with the book: 1. The author is very fond of himself and it is wearing in a surprisingly short amount of time. 2. The author holds various reports and the media to a standard that he doesn't seem to hold himself to. There are many comments, suppositions, and suggestions that cloud or misdirect from the issues. 3. Purchasing this book means that Amazon suggestions for potential books are full of conspiracy theory books. It is all quite annoying. I read this book on a recommendation. I recommend you move along. There is better material out there.
