Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Bought this after reading great reviews with the hope of keeping my brand new Cuisinart Toaster Oven shiny and new looking longer. I placed in the very bottom crumb tray as other reviewers said they did - but after about 3 or 4 uses - just making toast ... I removed to clean and noticed it had started to melt, leaving black plastic-y residue on the brand new crumb tray. I was able to scrub most of it off but it left some black marks not to mention scrub marks. I would have been better off leaving it alone and just being diligent about cleaning the damn tray regularly. Really regretting this $8 impulse buy that messed up my $80 toaster oven.... I'm just grateful I noticed this before it got any worse or turned into a real fire!
