My usual breakfast is a 1 egg/2 egg white omelette with vegetables. I used coconut spray, since the instructions say egg whites will stick without. Still sticks.... Day 5: Still sticks.... My previous pan was marble based, cost less and didn't stick for about 18 months. Edit: changed to one star. This pan is terrible for omelettes.
