Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I bought these earbuds for my son for Christmas last year. He has enjoyed the great sound they have provided. The earbuds appeared to be well made and the packaging is high quality. We thought this looks like a quality product. However one of the earbuds just stopped working last month. My son did not damage them in any way. There is no product support available. We could not find any warranty information in the packaging or on Amazon. It looks like we are stuck with a $100 pair of non-working earbuds. If anyone else has had this experience please let us know how you resolved it.
