This product deserves zero stars and a safety warning. Absolutely Terrible experience. Used this product twice with reasonable results. The third time I used it, got two passes in and the hot metal plates started to separate from the body of the straightener! One of the plates FELL OUT and hit my shoulder on the way down, and I received a very small burn. Not major injury but could have been SO much worse. I would absolutely NOT recommend this product. 5 stars to Amazon though, for quickly providing me a full refund.
