Hoping I can get some information on how to remedy this noise issue so I can enjoy using it again. I love the machine! Just did 15 min on it (6th day I have had it) slight noise from the right wheel peddle when I started. Thought it might get better, was very wrong. It got way louder! I read the reviews and with them in mind I was super careful assembling the unit which is quite easy since it comes more than half assembled. The noise is coming from the wheel assembly which came assembled. It is brand new so I am not going to go digging to try to find the issue on my own. That all said, I Love the range of motion, great on my knees which has become a problem with my bike, great full body workout. Just really want to fix the noise so I can love it again. I will readjust my overall rating if I am able to fix the noise, any help would be appreciated. I will be reaching out to the company.
