I was so excited about this product - thinking of the amount of paper I'd saving ! Unfortunately, it was wishful thinking. The brightness of the writing on the board was a fraction of what appears in the add (first strike)! The erase function (was one of my biggest buying points) simply doesn't work. I went through the process of "erasure calibration" as depicted on the company website: nothing but a placebo effect. The 12 levels ALL looked to have similar functions (settings).....so disappointed! item returned !!
