I bought this for my husband who does a shake and bake thing with chicken thighs. We both thought this would make his life easier. Well, it didn't. The grates just get clogged up, making it a total mess, not to mention ineffective. Then, after one washing in the dishwasher on the top rack, the lid now doesn't fit the stupid thing. I threw it away. Huge waste of money. I could have bought a new casserole dish or something with that money.
