I'm writing a review because I can find no other way to contact the seller or company for spare parts. A nut fell off of the arm and the screw came out. Nothing from the hardware stores fit to replace the missing nut. We can't use the chair because the arm holds the seat up. Other screws are also loose. The plastic around the footing has came loose. The plastic on the arm rest is very weak and has already cracked. The sunshade is very weak. We loved these chairs when we first got them and gave them 5 stars. We were not excessively hard on these chairs but the quickly began to fall apart. We are past the return time on this product so I post this review. I paid $130 for 2 chairs and only gor to use one for about 3 weeks.
