The old smart sweets (Swedish fish, peach rings) were my favorite. They used to be sweetened with something else which made them have no terrible aftertaste and I felt like I was eating real candy. I just tried the new one in July 2020 and it’s terrible! P is sweetened with Allulose and monk fruit and it has a horrible bitter taste that I perceive from the second it enters my mouth. The allulose is a totally new ingredient. Also the whole ingredient list looks totally different. Clearly they reformulated for cost, they have a new texture too. Don’t expect to think you are eating the real thing anymore, tasted more like medicine then candy. Just raced to buy the old formulation. Please go back people, I don’t care if they are more!
