I don't generally write extremely critical reviews unless the product deserves it. Please stay away from this product and don't waste your time and money on it. When I ordered in the first week of Dec 2020. A week later, I assembled the product per the instruction manual. Everything looked nice and sturdy but the motor never worked and let the seller and Amazon know. Then the seller requested a video of the assembly and after 1 week's worth of conversation, the seller said that they will send me a replacement leg with a motor attached. And then I was notified that due to labor shortage, I won't get the replacement soon and they were right, it took them 3 weeks to send me the replacement. I again spent half a day disassembling the previous assembly and assembling the new leg, and guess what! It still doesn't work! The problem probably was with the faulty adapter since getting two consecutive defective motors is unlikely but the seller was dumb enough to troubleshoot this issue so incorrectly. So, 2 days' worth of manual effort in assembling and disassembling and the replacement leg has wrong threads that made my prolonged 2nd assembly were tiresome. More than the seller, I am disappointed with Amazon for handling this case so carelessly and being ignorant of the customer's pain throughout. So thank you Amazon for letting me know that you are guys don't genuinely care for your customers.
